
We don't post our pricing for a variety of reasons. During peak times of the year, the demand is higher and therefore pricing reflects that. We do offer seasonal discounts and special deals on multiple items.
Yes! We deliver the equipment, set it up and return to take it down a the end of your rental period.
We supply all necessary equipment. Each machine runs off of a regular 110V, 20amp circuit outlet. Please have the set-up location cleared of rocks, debris and/or other sharp objects. A dedicated electrical outlet is needed for our equipment. These units will not function correctly if run on a generator.
The frozen drink machine is VERY HEAVY! Place it on a sturdy counter capable of supporting at least 180 lbs. Plastic tables are not sturdy enough in order to support this machine. This machine must be placed in your home, garage or any area that is completely protected from the elements. The dispenser must have at least 6.0 inches of space behind it and on both sides. This space is needed for airflow and efficiency. The dispenser performs best if NOT placed near any heating appliances.
The chocolate fountain is able to sit on almost any table or counter space that is large enough for the fountain to fit.
A cart is available for an additional charge, if needed.
Yes! We suggest you call at least 3 to 5 weeks ahead of time. The earlier you book, the greater your selection.
All of our equipment requires adult supervision at all times! The prices for our equipment rentals assume that you, the customer, will provide competent adult supervision for the safety of the users.
We operate rain or shine. This machine must be placed in your home, garage or any area that is completely protected from the elements. We also watch weather conditions and reserve the right to cancel a booking if the conditions are not safe. **Any downpour, lightening or high winds are unsafe conditions for operation. Once the machine is up and operational, there are NO REFUNDS.
We keep our equipment in excellent working condition. Our equipment is constructed and set up to be as safe as possible. We will explain the operating rules and guidelines to you when we set-up the equipment. As with any vigorous activity, adult supervision and following the safety guidelines is important to ensure everyone's safety. A copy of the rules will be given to you with your receipt, and we are always reachable by phone at any time during your event if a question arises.
Definitely! All of our equipment is cleaned and disinfected after each and every use, and our equipment is perfectly maintained. We're committed to making sure that you have a clean, healthy and safe environment in which to enjoy your event.

We gladly accept cash or personal checks. NO CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED.
Yes! Each city has different rules. Some parks require a permit. If one is required, it is your responsibility to obtain it. Please check with the cities Parks and Recreation Department for there regulations. Some locations may also require an "Additional Insured" document naming the city and/or entity as being additionally insured for the date/time of your event. There is an additional fee of $30 if the park requires to be added to our liability insurance policy during your event. If this is required, please provide us with the address and contact name needed for coverage 5-7 days in advance or at the time of your reservation, as well as any pertinent information.
This depends on the ages and sizes of the children. Generally speaking, the moonwalk can accommodate 4-10 children of the same size/age group at one time. Chaperones should limit the number of larger children.
A slight slope is not a problem. If the area slopes more than a little, we may request an alternate location. Safety is the most important consideration for your set-up area. Please have an alternate location in mind.
When we deliver the frozen drink machine we will deliver between 2 to 3 hours before your event. That way it gives the drink machine enough time in order to freeze the mix for your event. We will arrive to pick-up the moonwalk once your rental period is complete.
The chocolate fountain will be delivered at a minimum of 30 minutes to an hour before your event.

No! Jumpin' Jesters, LLC does not allow for this. We do not take any chances. Our insurance requires that the units be professionally set-up and taken down to ensure safety.
Yes! We carry full liability coverage for all of our equipment.
Yes! We will supply you with the mix and simple to follow instructions. Temperature control is internally maintained by digital display.
We carry a dual hopper unit. Each hopper holds approximately 3 gallons of beverage.
Fruity Flavors: Wild Cherry, Blue Raspberry, Lemonade, Tangy Orange, Grapevine Grape, Strawberry and Fruit Punch.
Smoothie Flavors: Strawberry-Banana, Creamsicle Orange.
Mixed Drinks: Strawberry Daiquiri's, Margarita's and Pina Colada's (Customer needs to supply their own liquor). These mixes can be made with or without alcohol.
Flavor selections are subject to change without notice. If there is a flavor you are looking for that is not mentioned above, please let us know and we will try and provide it for you.
No! Our machine produces all of its own ice through the digital temperature control. Sit back and enjoy!
One batch of mix yields approximately 75 eight ounce drinks. We recommend one batch for every 25 frozen beverage drinkers. Additional mixes are available, please call for pricing. Any unopened mixes CANNOT be returned.
0-50 Guests = 1 to 3 Mixes
51-100 Guests = 3 to 5 Mixes
101-150 Guests = 5 to 8 Mixes
151-200 Guests = 8 or more Mixes
Indoors about 60-90 minutes. Outside on a warm day it can take over two hours if the sun is shining on the unit. There is no waiting between batches because you can add to the hopper as you go. To cut down on chill time, it is recommended that you keep all mixes/concentrates refrigerated until ready for use.
No! For safety and health reasons, we do not refund unused/unopened mixes/concentrates.
